Meet Your Realtor
Nicole Schell, SRES®
I came to real estate from a background as an Executive Assistant in the corporate world, where I learned to manage complex operations under pressure and make people feel cared for when the stakes are high. I also started investing in real estate in the 1990s, long before I became a licensed Realtor. Those experiences taught me the value of planning ahead, paying attention to the details, and helping people make confident decisions.
My husband and I moved from the Netherlands to Waterloo Region in 2003. We thought we'd stay for just two years. More than twenty years later, we've raised our two sons here, built lasting friendships, and are proud to call this community home.
I became a licensed Realtor so I could help others through one of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives. Since then, I've helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes across Waterloo Region.
I earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation. It reflects my commitment to helping homeowners through important life changes, including downsizing, relocation, and planning for the next chapter of life.
I believe every client deserves honest advice, even when it's not the easiest conversation. The right pricing strategy, skilled negotiation, and thoughtful planning can make a meaningful difference to both your experience and your final result. My goal is to help you make confident decisions and achieve the best possible outcome.
I proudly serve clients throughout Waterloo Region, Cambridge, Breslau, Wellesley, Conestogo Lake, and the surrounding communities. I speak both English and Dutch.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends or relaxing at our cottage on Conestogo Lake. I feel very fortunate to do work I love in a community my family has proudly called home for more than twenty years.
"I'd be honoured to help you with your next move."
